I think the worst scenario would be to build it 5-41 then have that developer back out.

leave it alone at least until the economy rebounds....but I'm sure its stimulus money with a timeclock on it.

Didn't one of the new convience stores on TT close....then reopen under new owners?

Leave my biscuits and gravy alone!

Ya can come close. Take Mo 127 south from LaMonte to Hwy Y. This becomes 16th Street by the Fairgrounds. Then south on 65.

Unfortunately, we have to stop at the McDonalds off Thompson for a puppy potty break (each way).

Just make 4 Lanes all the way to Sedalia on 65 and that would be good and more exit's on 50 after Sedalia.

If we had more exits then we could have more IHOPS, McDonalds, Holiday Inns, Grocery Stores, Farmacys, Jack's Drive Through Spay And Neuter and MG would have more to report.

Oh crap! Thanks for the link. I'll have to admit it, these guys are great on self promotion. Mikey D's hasn't committed to anything, they are "Interested."

I still think something is a bit fishy with this proposal/bribe of the promise of jobs. No way should 242 ever be considered for a 4 lane road. They want the right of way equal to that of I-70! Has anyone really looked at the fill needed at Deer Valley Road?

Take a look at the Camden County P&Z Master plan map attachments that has traffic counts on MM, TT & F. A lot of vehicles are falling in a black hole going west.
