Beautiful Waterfront Condo –Only $110 weeknights
This beautiful condominium is located in the heart of Osage Beach at Harbor Point. It's the perfect location because it’s so close to everything by land and water. It is located at the 20.5 MM on the main channel and by land it is just three minutes from Highway 54.
The condo is beautifully decorated and includes everything you need to make your vacation a great one including a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the other bedroom, and a full-size sofa/sleeper. There are two full bathrooms and both bedrooms have closets and dressers.
There is a 31 inch TV with cable, a VCR, CD player, DVD player, and full stereo in the living room. There is also a washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, range, oven, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and all the other kitchen equipment, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils you will need.
The condo features a large (7 foot X 24 foot) deck and grill, and is on the top level. There is a nice view from the deck of the no wake cove. The master bedroom also has a nice lake view.
Even though this condo is on the top level, there are NO STEPS from the parking lot to the condo. Harbor Point has tennis courts, boat trailer and jet ski parking, and a nice swimming pool with a beautiful main channel view. There are also many places to fish along the shore and docks.
Prices are $200/weekend night and only $110 per weeknight (5th night is free) all summer. A boat slip is available for $25/night. |
