Good indication of low lake level... The water is normally a good 3/4 up on the wall... looks like a gravel bar now..

Maybe so a Shopping Center can go in or bigger intersection for a Stop Light to go in.

If Red Lobster comes it would be with maybe Kohl's and Menard's if they get TIF for Eagles Landing.
Because your talking about a Intersection that's not at Lake Level.

That intersection ain't all that big. Ya couldn't get a Casey's wedged in on one side much less a shopping center.

A stop light? Ya don't cut down a bunch of trees for a stop light. That said, one will go in eventually. Right after the MO Hwy 42 conversion.

I'm thinking that Menard's just finished the store in SEdalia....wait and see whether they want to expand....just common sense?

not sure why we talking here about it, LOL but I expect to see Mennards, Best Buy and Kohls to all have store under construction at the lake this time next year if not before
